mkutun Posted September 2, 2013 #1 Share Posted September 2, 2013 Im not much of a writer, but I will start by saying I went with my wife and from embarkment to disembarment, we had a great time. Like everybody's tired of hearing, yes the pool does get crowded, but if you get to spice before 10 am , you'll get a spot. If you can't find something you don't like on this trip, you should not go on a cruise. They have tons of free choices and the specialty restaurants were great. Everyone of the staff alway had a smile and a hello, when you walk by. Also the entertainment was great. Rock of Ages is a broadway caliber production. The Art auctions are very interesting, even if you dont buy anything. We took the risk of going in August so the weather was so so. My wife does not swim, so we went to snorkel park, at first I thought it wouldnt be that good. But its five minutes from the ship, very convenient for us. If anyone has any questions, I'll do my best to answer them. Sent from my SGH-M919 using Forums mobile app

jessicak76 Posted September 7, 2013 #6 Share Posted September 7, 2013 Because Spice, H2o isn't near the pools, is it less crowded? Is it adults only area? Is that enforced? Thanks.
karoo Posted September 8, 2013 #7 Share Posted September 8, 2013 I know it was asked earlier in the thread, but I'm also interested. Does H2O have shade on the Breakaway? Coming from a country that has one of the highest skin cancer rates in the world my days of deliberately lying out in the sun are definitely over. Only shade for me. It is less crowded because it's adults only and yes the policy is strictly enforced. There is a waterfall feature that you can sit under and cool off along with 2 hot tubs. There are umbrellas that are opened up by chairs you sit in, not the lounge chairs. So yes in a way there is some shade.

mresend Posted September 22, 2013 #13 Share Posted September 22, 2013 You will not find much shade at Spice H20 unless the ship is sailing the right direction to get some against the walls. If your looking for a quiet spot with some shade I would recommend vibe beach club, cost 79.00 for the week. Or you will always find some shade by the pool areas if you can find a empty chair. SPice H20 is Adults only during the day but not in the evenings.
