Celebrity century quad concierge cabin

Does anyone know if the balcony is accessible when the beds for the 3rd and 4th passengers are made up? I know that one is an upper berth, however is the sofa bed a trundle underneath the upper berth or a sofa bed that folds out. On our booked cruise 23 day Transpacific no suites are available for a quad.
