Stevo24 Posted September 5, 2013 #1 Share Posted September 5, 2013 Do I need to go to the excursion desk once on board or print anything off? Thanks
stlouistravelers Posted September 5, 2013 #2 Share Posted September 5, 2013 I think that the information/ tickets should either be in your room or in your mailbox either on arrival or shortly after. Never hurts to check though.
bmckim Posted September 5, 2013 #3 Share Posted September 5, 2013 You will get the tickets for them the first night in your room delivered by your steward.
Anyislandwilldo Posted September 5, 2013 #4 Share Posted September 5, 2013 Your tickets for your excursions should be in your cabin upon arrival. Take confirmation of payment along just in case.
Stevo24 Posted September 5, 2013 Author #5 Share Posted September 5, 2013 Thanks for your replies! I will print off the confirmation email just to be sure.
ShakyBeef Posted September 5, 2013 #6 Share Posted September 5, 2013 After they are delivered, it's not a bad idea to keep them in your safe until the day of the excursion. They are small, usually in a little, white envelope, and could be easily mixed up and thrown away with a lot of the ads and such that also get delived with your FunTimes.;) ETA: I also suggest checking over them carefully when they arrive to make sure names, times, days, and excursion name are all correct. :)
wantocruisemore Posted September 5, 2013 #7 Share Posted September 5, 2013 Definitely print off a receipt or confirmation to take with you. As others have said, they are supposed to be in your stateroom either when you arrive or first night. If you don't get them, go to guest services with your receipt. I have heard a couple stories here where there was a mix up.
cruiseonthebrain Posted September 5, 2013 #8 Share Posted September 5, 2013 Wow- I suck- I have always gone to customer service as soon as I got on the ship.
ShakyBeef Posted September 5, 2013 #9 Share Posted September 5, 2013 Wow- I suck- I have always gone to customer service as soon as I got on the ship. Hey, ya learn something everday, right?:p Look at it this way: your next cruise just got a tiny bit more relaxing. Just enjoy yourself and let your shore excursion tickets come to you.;):D
tkportersat Posted September 5, 2013 #10 Share Posted September 5, 2013 Agree, they have always been delivered to my cabin. I also second the suggestion to look them over and put them in your safe. I have almost thrown mine away a few times when I am tidying up the cabin.
tandemcruzr Posted September 5, 2013 #11 Share Posted September 5, 2013 If you have reserved a cabana on HMC, go immediately to the Excursion Desk when you board to pick your cabana.

mistycruiser Posted September 5, 2013 #13 Share Posted September 5, 2013 Check your documents on "Manage My Cruise" and it will list all the shore excursions that you've pre-booked.
