Guests are unable to contact onboard personnel in advance of your sailing. If you require anything specific, I'd suggest getting in touch with your Travel Agent, or Captains Club if you've booked direct with Celebrity. I hope this is helpful. Enjoy your cruise !

Just so you are aware, the Concierge is available to everyone on the ship, not just concierge cabins.

It is a common misconception that 'concierge class' entitles one to personal concierge-type services; there are a few, IMO, minor perks that come with CC, but that isn't one of them! ;)
