Rendezvous cay vs goff cay

Please help us decide between these. Any info on these two places will be appreciated.

Goff's Caye was the highlight of our cruise for many snorkelers. We enjoyed the gorgeous beach there as well. There's an artist selling his mahogany bowls, very nice stuff. We went there directly from the ship (anchored off shore, no deep harbor there) and had time for a lunch in town after showering.
