candfandm Posted September 13, 2013 #1 Share Posted September 13, 2013 Wanting to get off public bus at Hell for a short stop. Is is walking distance from there to the Turtle Farm? Anyone know the street names that Hell post office is on (assuming Hell Rd but what street off of?) so I could see it on a street map. Also, does the bus from Georgetown stop first at Hell and then go around past the Turtle Farm or the other way around?
drew sailbum Posted September 13, 2013 #2 Share Posted September 13, 2013 The gift shops and the Hell Post Office are indeed on Hell Road in the district of West Bay. They are on the south side of Hell Road, just west of the intersection with Fountain Rd. To walk from Hell Post Office to The Turtle Farm: turn left out of Hell Post Office parking lot. Continue walking along Hell Road until it terminates at the intersection with Watercourse Road. Turn right onto Watercourse Road. Continue walking along Watercourse Road until it terminates at a T intersection. Turn left onto North West Point Road, continues until you see the Cayman Turtle Farm on your left. There is no access to the Turtle Farm from the residential area to its rear (area of Windstar Drive). No shortcuts. :(
candfandm Posted September 13, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted September 13, 2013 Thanks. Would you know approximately how long a walk is it? More than a mile?

blue_water Posted September 16, 2013 #5 Share Posted September 16, 2013 We drove to Hell from the TF last year and although I can't remember the distance I know we wouldn't walk it.
