runner15km Posted September 16, 2013 #2 Share Posted September 16, 2013 Ncl docks at Punta Langosta. http://www.cozumelmycozumel.com/Pages/CozumelCruisesBasics.htm
roger001 Posted September 16, 2013 #3 Share Posted September 16, 2013 Actually, it depends on how many ships are there that day. NCL frequently docks at Punta Langosta. However, NCL also tenders sometimes and occasionally docks down at the International pier. Twice, our ship didn't know what we were going to do until announced several hours before arrival. Here's a site that has listings of ships for present week. http://www.cozumelinsider.com/CRUISESHIPS

Demonyte Posted September 16, 2013 #5 Share Posted September 16, 2013 Actually, it depends on how many ships are there that day. NCL frequently docks at Punta Langosta. However, NCL also tenders sometimes and occasionally docks down at the International pier. Exactly this. This February when we arrived to Cozumel we passed two other NCL ships that were already there and docked at the International Pier.
Rare rjm11 Posted September 17, 2013 #6 Share Posted September 17, 2013 and last year the Dawn tendered at Cozumel about every other week- any time there were more than 6 ships in port.
bakerintn Posted September 17, 2013 #7 Share Posted September 17, 2013 You might use this website...not always accurate, but a good start to see how many ships in a port. http://ports.cruisett.com/schedule/Mexico/155-Cozumel You will see the other ships in port on the day of interest. Punta Langusta can handle two cruise ships at a time. As previously posted, Carnival uses a different pier further from town. Or try this one...scroll down to the date in question and your ship should be listed with a dock assignment. http://www.cruiseportinsider.com/cozumelschedule2013.html#.Uje_oNKe1js
