doktor Posted September 24, 2013 #1 Share Posted September 24, 2013 We are currently in Vancouver on a Cruise Tour arranged by Brewster. BEWARE!!!! You are totally on you own! No Celebrity rep in sight! Horrible instructions. Must take luggage luggage down street to another hotel which is over a block away down an incline. Called Brewester, finally gave us $25 onboard credit to get taxi. Thank heaven staff at Fairmont has helped us sort out all the arrangements. Staff at Fairmont says, Brewster has inconsistent service. This is first cruise tour with Celebrity and I am not impressed. bigmohes Posted September 24, 2013 #4 Share Posted September 24, 2013 Brewster is land company that Celebrity hires for land tours Sent from my SCH-I605 using Forums mobile app That is not the same company that they used for our tour. I believe ours was premiere tours and they were fantastic.
CHEZMARYLOU Posted September 24, 2013 #5 Share Posted September 24, 2013 We've done the Alaska land tour with Celebrity. It was very well run and included a tour guide. I did see that the land tour through Canada is an on your own tour and did not get very good reviews. Mary Lou
pattyj 1204 Posted September 24, 2013 #6 Share Posted September 24, 2013 I agree with OP. We had the Brewster tour company and it wasn't one of the best land tours we have taken. Ours was in Canadian Rockies too. The scenery was awesome. I did do a review on this tour, but I'm sure it is gone by now. This was about 2 yrs ago. The Alaskan land tour was top notch all the way.
