Is anyone else having trouble accessing carnival.com?

I use google chrome now. It seems to work best for me. I have had some luck with internet explorer. Use to use it all of the time. No good results with firefox.

Carnival ships use chrome. I think that is a hint on what to use.

If Carnival doesn't want folks using IE to search their cruises they'll have a lot of empty cabins. Hope they fix the problem soon.

 

I tried searching NCL (only other line out of NOLA) and that's about the worst cruise search site I've seen.

Try clicking on the Carnival logo. Then when the new page comes up, I saved that as my new "favorite" and then it worked for me. No Google Chrome either.

I'd put in data for a cruise I know is available for 2014 and every time it came up with "no cruises match criteria".

 

I was having this problem also, discovered "reset search" in upper left of search page and it made my search problem free again. Never had to do this before or even noticed this feature in the past.

I haven't tried it lately, but I had the "spinning wheel of death" when I tried to get on the website earlier today. I gave up!!! Will try later I guess.

 

I call it the "spinning wheel of dispair". LOL :p

Using IE at work and I feel like a hampster watching that wheel spin. I think I may be a bit dizzy to take a cruise now.

I use Chrome and always get error messages when I try to do a mock booking. For me, on my machine, Internet Explorer seems to work better. Of course, it is IE7, which every other website tells me is obsolete.

Firefox worked for me. I am not very tech oriented but I downloaded it. If I can do it anyone can do it. I have an old computer...that I am going to have to replace very soon.

 

If I had a new one........I don't know if I would have......viruses and such.

I have been having trouble with Internet Explorer but was able to access with Mozilla.

Now that I am at home, I am able to view the site with Firefox.
