Christmas on the Gem?

Has anyone here sailed the Gem in December? We are cruising from the 14th to the 23rd. Is the ship decorated for Christmas? Or are there any holiday type activities? And of course our mini suite will be too tiny for say a Christmas tree (lol). But does anyone put up little decorations on the stateroom doors or in their cabins? I just made the final payment yesterday so it is starting to actually feel real. Thanks in advance for any help!!

We were on the Jewel last year the first week in December out of NYC and there were lots of decorations - trees in the lounges, wreaths in the MDR, and a beautiful gingerbread village. I don't celebrate Christmas but enjoyed the decorations anyway!

I have been on the Gem after Christmas but before New Year's. Like the others said, they do have decorations up, such as trees in the atrium.

You will find it very much in spirit. You will have the advantage of less jammed packed than the actual Christmas week but all the trimmings.
