After reading about people not showing up and if for some reason you cannot make it on a particular night, how long before your booking do you need to cancel?. Thanks If you know you cant make it for a night that you have booked it would be courtesy to let them know as soon as possible......however it may also pay to hold on to any booking you have , just in case , as long as you let them know that day , or the day before , that you cant make it. They can then open that table up for a walk in. We have often just walked up, knowing the bookings have been heavy and got a table from a late cancellation.
