Are excursion tickets or OBC transferrable to someone else?

Our family has two cabins booked for an upcoming sailing--one for my husband and me, and the other for our two adult sons. My husband and I will probably not use up our OBC on excursions since we've been to some of the ports before, but the sons want to go on many excursions. Is it possible to book excursions for the sons using our OBC, or pretend we're booking them for ourselves and then give the tickets to the sons?

You can definitely put OBC on someone else's account. Not sure about paying for their excursion tickets but I can't imagine why not.

We are just back from our cruise with the Reflection.

We did 3 excursions with Celebrity and noone ever cared about the names on the tickets...

You could also have one account for both staterooms. When you set up your xPress Pass on My Celebrity, you will be given the option.

Make sure you link your reservations on line and assign all charges to yours.

We did this last year with my DD and Mother and when you book excursions, you can book for any one or more in your linked reservation group.
