We are booked on the Elation and trying to decide whether to go ahead with the cruise to nowhere. I'm wondering if the seas will be so rough that it won't be enjoyable. I know the weather can't be helped but it sure is hard disappointing the kids.

Agree! Even where we live which does get this sort of thing ... there is always "The Calm After the Storm"! :)

According to marinetraffic dot com, Conquest and Elation are almost to the dock in New Orleans. Haven't seen any updates today about sailing plans. Hope all enjoy their cruises.

Because of the storm I went ahead and just canceled my cruise. Was bummed for about two whole seconds and then left for Disney instead! Hope everyone's travel plans work out!!

They are at the dock, the webcams at nola.com/live and the port of new orleans static camera both show the conquest. The Elation just did it's turn in the river and docked, but you cant see it on the webcams.
