For those that have sailed the Royal - balcony cabins

Have not yet sailed , but are booked for 2014 in the Baltic. Originally booked a deluxe balcony with the standard 9'x4' balcony, but just recently changed it to a regular balcony. Examination of the deck plans and reports on this site stated that the sofa takes up valuable space in the cabin, and because of the location of the TV you can't comfortably view it from the sofa. Interior of a std. balcony cabin appears to be very close to that on other Princess ships.

Hi There

We were on Riviera mid ship, now not a balcony person,

but for me it was to small to do anything with apart from stand and

enjoy the view,

did try a sit out on day but did not like being sideways to the sun,

yours Shogun
