RCL Visa - Extra Points Promotions (This year too???)

I remember last year there was a promotion for something like double or triple points when you used your RCL Visa card for regular purchases around the end of the year. I found out on this board (I didn't remember getting anything in the mail or over e-mail), so I would have missed otherwise.

 

Has anyone heard if something like that will be happening again this year?

Nothing heard about extra points yet. Someone posted something about a $25 bonus promo, but nothing to do with Royal points.
