RealDeal Posted October 18, 2013 #1 Share Posted October 18, 2013 If I want to get cash (I realize at a 3% fee), can I just do so at the front desk or do I need to go to the casino? Also, if at the casino, can I take it out straight away or do I need to put, let's say, $100 on my cruise card and then cash that out? And for that matter, if I put it on my card & cash it out, would that even incur a 3% fee?? Thanks!!

Thanks!! no charge if you do it through the casino... $300 at a time ... don't know if that is per day or not ... know it can be done day after day with no problem. :)

So, I can just take it out at the cage, or I should put it on my cruise card & then cash out? I thought I read there's a 3% fee at the "window?" No? take us away Posted October 20, 2013 #6 Share Posted October 20, 2013 Before you get cash from the casino, check to make sure there is no charge as our last cruise this year, remember a sign in the casino that said something about a charge. Did not read the sign in detail so may be a good to check 1st to prevent surprises.

tennisobo Posted October 20, 2013 #8 Share Posted October 20, 2013 Thanks so much for asking this question. It's exactly what I wanted to know. And thanks to those who answered. I was afraid to post the quetiton because CCL might view it and figure out a way to get their 3% by changing the policy for getting cash at the casino. But I'm not paranoid...really...
kakalina Posted October 21, 2013 #9 Share Posted October 21, 2013 That is exactly how you do it. Use your key card at any slot machine. Take " charge account" put in amount up to $300 spin a time or two, cash out to your card. Then take your card to the cashier cage and cash out. Easy peasy. We've done this more than once.
