MI-DI Posted October 20, 2013 #1 Share Posted October 20, 2013 Can't look at live web cam anymore on our new computer. We only get old You Tube videos. Can anyone give us help on how we can correct this and go back to the live web cam? Thanks.

I'm using an oldish MacBook and haven't made any setting adjustments. Have you tried clicking on different cameras?

Cruzinram Posted October 20, 2013 #6 Share Posted October 20, 2013 It has something to do with an ad blocker that is set on. Send an email to the contact on the Port of Everglades site, and they will tell u what to do. I have had to happen to me before. They will tell u what to do. I think it is somewhere in tools drop down.

hughdm Posted October 21, 2013 #9 Share Posted October 21, 2013 I've found ad blockers to be overzealous, so I don't use them any more. Now pop-up blockers are a different story...
oshoguno Posted November 3, 2013 #10 Share Posted November 3, 2013 I had this problem too and I would like to thank those that let us know about the adblock issue. It was my problem as well. There was an Adblock Plus extension on my Chrome browser. I added portevergladeswebcam.com to the Whitelisted Domains in the options menu and it fixed the problem. OCruisers Posted November 3, 2013 #11 Share Posted November 3, 2013 http://www.portevergladeswebcam.comThis should work. That's what I used. Just finished watching friends sail away on a HAL ship. :D Also thought it would be a good idea for me to have a drink while watching to wish them "Bon Voyage". 3ssn Posted December 30, 2013 #13 Share Posted December 30, 2013 Indeed the ad blocker is causing this. We use adBlock plus. You can tell it to keep blocking ads but make an exeption for portevergladeswebcam.com (and other sites causing problems)
