Booking next cruise proof

Yes, call. On our last cruise I ordered two certs but LA input incorrect email address. I never received the certs or a receipt. I called and customer service would not send me anything in writing immediately because the certs were assigned to a TA. I had to email customer service, explain the problem and wait for about a week to receive a return email with the cert numbers (but not a copy of the actual certs themselves. I know RCI has a policy of not allowing the customer service people to talk to you about a reservation made through a TA but this I thought was so inefficient, particularly when the LA onboard clearly made the mistake.
