FTTF Tendering Process, better?

We had FTTF on the Miracle just a couple weeks ago. We used it for the tendering on the first Cabo day. We went to GS and within a few minutes someone was there to escort us to the tender. It was well worth it for us, they were currently on #9 and we seen groups up to the high 70's. One lady said she was in group #71 and it took 3 hours to be tendered in. The second Cabo day we just walked down and got right on a tender, no line at all first thing in the morning.

We already booked the same cruise for the same week next year and bought FTTF. Well worth it for us for boarding, tendering & disembarking! Love it and will continue to pay for it until we hit platinum (which will be a few years LOL).

HELLLOOOO........what the heck is FTTF and is it only available on Carnival = )

Pay It Forward. Be kind.

For $50.00 you can purchase Faster To The Fun and get the perks of Platinum to get on the ship sooner. But does not include getting back on the ship for tendering

For specifics you can go to Carnivals site and search Faster to the Fun, but you get:

Priority embark-get on the ship quicker

Priority room-you can go to your room when you board the ship instead of waiting like others

Express luggage- your checked luggage should get to you room early

Priority dining-if you book late you can get the time you want for dining before others who request it.

Special guest service line and phone- get guest service quicker

Priority tendering-get taken straight to the tenders for those ports

Priority debarked-you can debarked when you want within the limits of customs and etc.

Like I said, that's is my take on it. Go to the website to get exact information.

We were on the Freedom in May and bought FTTF - tendering worked perfectly in Grand Cayman....we went down to Guest Services...and they literally had someone take us down the elevator to the very front of the line....now getting back on wasn't that way (lol) and it was raining ;)

I will be platinum on the 16th of this month ... my husband died of a massive heart attack on September 10th.....out of the blue and totally unexpected.....but we had talked about it SO many times how worth that $49.95 was!!!!! And we were so excited that we would be platinum on our next cruise.....

I'm sorry for your loss... :(

We just got back from our cruise last night. We had FTTF, and it payed off tendering to Little Stirrup Cay. we went to guest services, they called someone to take us, but that person had just heard on the radio that the tender had left, so we waited downstairs near guest services for 10 minutes, they called us, they had elevators being used just for the purpose of shuttling us down to level 3. There was a long line of people on the right, and then us -get off the elevator, turn left, disembarkation machine set up just for us, and we dinged and were on the tender. It was fantastic, the whole thing about FTTF was great! Would we use it if we had no tender ports-yes!

Just wondering how everyone's FTTF Process has been going. What seems to be the current process and if they are sticking with it.

I used it when the FTTF came out, but it was def. not as well practiced then.

What I've been told is:

You go to Guest Services, who will walk you down or take you down on a elevator to the gangway. Then they walk you to the front of the line.

Is that how it is still working?

Any waiting to be taken down?

thanks:)

Had FTTF on Liberty last week. Getting of was a breeze from Guest Services. We waited less than 5 minutes and were on the first tender boat with the Carnival photographers (no dockside photos, yay!). That said, we wasted a lot of time waiting in the lounge at out first tender port because we didn't know to go to guest services. Live and learn.
