If the service isn't up to what you think it should be go to guest services and let them know. They can't fix what they don't know about.

 

So far I've never been on a cruise where the service wasn't anything but incredible.

Hope you didn't take my post as snippy, it was by no means meant that way.:) Like someone else said, I've never had any service that was less than great. Oh wait, I have but it was not anything to remove, or even reduce, the gratuities.
