I am very jet lagged..... my car won't start.... battery flat as a pancake...same as last cruise.... waiting on Breakdown people to jump start me. Never had a car do this to me before.

The MTD Restaurant Manager Pedro had found this recipe for GF Chocolate Soufflé and had the Chef make it up for me..... lamb chops and chocolate soufflé..... doesn't really get any better than this....

 

 

Actually it DOES get better...... add in chocolate sauce.....

I never got to taste any of the bread :(

I miss it so much.... I know I can tolerate SOME gluten SOME of the time.... it's just never knowing when it's going to have an impact....

 

I do wish the Chef on Freedom would be sent out amongst the fleet to educate the rest of them. Are you following this RCCL?

We are first lined up in our tables and walk through the whole thing. Heads up.... sit as near to the galley as possible as you have a long wait to walk through again and much will be gone by the time you get there.... just saying....
