Parasailing taking off from the back of a boat

Hi, my family and I are sailing on the Nieuw Amsterdam next month including my 86yr grandfather who wants to go parasailing. Since we have gone parasailing taking off from both from the beach and from the back of a boat, we think that he will be more comfortable taking off from the back of a speed boat. Any recommendations of a tour operator in Grand Cayman who does this?

Google GC parasailing....I'm thinking there may be age restrictions! As far as I know, all parasailing will be off the back of the boat.

We had an on-borad credit so we booked through Carnival. The operators were Blue Water Beach and we were VERY impressed with their operation!!! I would highly recommend them. You can find them here: http://bwbcayman.com
