Inside - Outside?

We have booked the August 28 Alaska cruise on HAL Amsterdam. This is our first cruise, so we aren't well educated on the fine points of picking our cruise.

 

I am getting the impression, we may have picked the wrong one, because we will not be sailing the "inside route" most of the way.

 

Will we be terribly disappointed? From your experience, what are the pros and cons of both routes?

It's too late to worry about the routing, you will have 2 sea days with plenty of - water. :) Enjoy the rest of your sailing. And perhaps consider a return, every trip is different. :)

Go and enjoy yourself. You will have a great time no matter what! I have talk to alot of people who have cruised different routes and love it. Actually they always pick a different itinerary each time. Have a wonderful time and don't worry.
