Just returned a little over a week ago. Out bound from LA the first three days were cool and windy. The fourth sea day was in the 80's. Returning the first two days were great pool days gradually getting cooler. Day three cool with showers. The last sea day was warm but windy.

On our trip, it was cool the first couple days out of LA, then warmed up.

My biggest issue was the Explorers Lounge and dining room were freezing on the

Golden....always needed a sweatshirt or jacket there...so you may want to take something you can wear outside and inside.

Enjoy...fun cruise!

Last year, I went to Hawaii at the very end of November and first 2 weeks of December. It was much cooler than I expected. It was chilly the first three and last two or three days. I wished I'd brought more clothes for the cool days. I don't recall the actual air temp, but it felt much cooler because of the wind and dampness. Loved the cruise and am going again this year, but I'm going to bring more clothes for cool days.

When will you be taking this cruise? Everyone see s to have the temperatures well in hand (for the cruise they took) and didn't ask!

You must also take into account mother nature and the tricks she can play!

Our trip was this past New Years. It was cold all the way over and back! Windy, rainy, and rocky. Spent all of my sea days inside. I wore shorts one time on one of the islands. There was a rain cloud that just wouldn't budge the 4 days of seeing the islands. I wish I had taken more warm weather clothes instead of my cruise wardrobe! So, you see it depends on what time of year and the weather conditions.

I would bring that hoodie. It will come in handy. I also took a light weight cardigan to wear inside as some of the venues were chilly too. I could wear it to dinners, to any of the daily events, and on tours as well, if needed.

Okay, so I painted this gloomy picture of our cruise. Would I go again on this trip? Let me get my suitcase out! I can be ready to leave in say an hour???

Enjoy your cruise. It is a wonderful adventure! We loved it! (Mother nature had other plans for us!)
