RCI Website-Final Payment Made-Financial Information???

Perhaps I am a Dunce....But...

 

I booked our cruise through a TA...And that may matter...

 

When I log on to the RCI website our cruise is there...Good :):):)

But -

I cannot call up any Financial Information...Such As...

Final Payment Date & $$$ Amount - Was It Made?

Can I confirm the promised Ship Board Credit from the TA?

 

Perhaps I remember Cruise Value Center :( :( :(

 

Where can I find Financial Info on RCI'S Website????

you should have that on your invoice from your travel agent. It probably states the same as mine does....in inquiries about this reservation must be made thru your agent on your page. I am sure that some travel agents here on the boards will give you the official information. All I ever have is my invoice showing my information and dates and so forth...never any financial information. Also your ship board credit will show up when you are onboard usually the second day. That has been our experience.

You cannot and will not get that information from RCI. You booked through a TA so you can only get financial (and other) info from the TA.

When you book with a travel agent and call rci here is a list of what you can be told. It happens where more gets leaked but per rci policy you can be told:

Your stateroom number, special services and needs(birthdays, dietary needs), bed configuration, and a couple other very general pieces of info.

 

Never ever should they discuss any financial information including on board credits. Don't trust your ta? Book directly with rci and ask all the questions you want.

 

Financial information shouldn't be available online when you book with a travel agent and should only show up if you booked online with rci.

 

Easiest solution... Get a guest copy of the invoice rci sends out to your travel agent. That has a lot of info on it.

Call the travel agent and ask for Royal's Guest Copy of your booking confirmation. It should show all the payment info.
