sippican Posted November 15, 2013 #1 Share Posted November 15, 2013 Tried this on the Carnival forum with no response. Is the port parking close enough to the ship to easily make a trip back to the car to restock another 2 bottles of wine?
JohninDC Posted November 15, 2013 #2 Share Posted November 15, 2013 I'm a little confused  - sounds like you are doing a B-to-B and want to restock another 2 bottles without driving somewhere; if that is your question the answer is yes, parking at PC is close enough to walk to from the ship. No back-to-back. When we disembarked from San Jaun earlier this year, we checked in with the allowed 2 bottles, then walked off and brought two more back on (along with additional water and soda). There was no way of them knowing if we had already brought any wine onboard. Just wondering if that was a possibility from Miami (I know there arer no stores real handy, but we are driving to port.) We are parking at the Port of Miami, not Port Canaveral. I should have specified that in the title.
JohninDC Posted November 15, 2013 #4 Share Posted November 15, 2013 Sure - the parking at POM is covered and convenient to the ships (short walk). Good luck! :)

eandj Posted November 16, 2013 #6 Share Posted November 16, 2013 Doesn't Carnival keep track of what you are carrying onboard ? I thought all the cruiselines are cracking down.
