Change of cabin or new booking?

Calling all experts! I am currently booked in a 2A cabin on the Silhouette with the drink package from Pick your Perks. The fare has decreased but I do know that if I ask for a lower fare I will lose the drink package. The decrease is not greater than the cost of the package so it wouldn't be advantageous for us to do this. My question is, since I can upgrade to an Aqua class cabin for the same money (more or less), is that considered a cabin change (wouldn't lose the drink package) or a new booking (would lose the package)? Any advice or information from those "in the know" would be appreciated.

The 123 isn't being offered at the moment. You would probably lose the drink package. There is word that the 123 will be offered again after Thanksgiving. Check out the prices then for any change to your booking.
