Need info on Independance

Just received email from RCCL wanting me to take a survey on my recent cruise on IOS....only problem, I have never been on that ship:p.

I got the same email. We ARE sailing on the Independence, but not until Jan., 2014. We have never been on the ship before ?:confused: I swear I have NEVER dealt with a company that has soooo many "glitches" in their computer system. I just deleted the email.:rolleyes:

I also got this survey.

We were on the LOS last month so I figured that is what they meant.

(Though we are on the IOS in Feb!)

I got the same email today and the email said "following your recent cruise on the Independence of the Seas........" I opened up the survey and the first question was.... "Have you ever been on a Royal Caribbean cruise". You have to laugh ! LOL

Sometimes I think it might be more effective if RCI just supplied the answers that they want.

I received the email too. I have never been on the Independence of the Seas. lol.
