Oxygen and letter from the doctor

I have filled out the Medical form that I will be bringing oxygen on board the Connie, however, do I need a note from my doctor saying it is ok to travel with it?

I am not sure. there is a disabled cruise critic board filled with a lot of helpful information from oxygen to CPAP to mobility challenges support.

Thanks I shall do that. I think I will get a note from my doctor tomorrow just to be safe.
