Scotts blog says on an Eastern it's on Day 2 for Formal night (at Sea),

Day 4 for Pirates night (St Maarten) and Semi Formal is Day 6 (at Sea).

We are doing this itinerary in January, and whilst it mentions the Pirate Night we have't been told anything about a formal / semi formal night.
