I found a nice thin waist length one in eBay and it came it a ton of colors. I bought a blue one since it would go with most of my dresses. But, I am thinking of ordering some more in different colors since it worked out so well. Thanks for all your replies, it is interesting to hear whats happening out there. Or not. Palmetto Lady Posted January 1, 2014 #78 Share Posted January 1, 2014 Most of you ladies with a problem getting the right size bra are basically small but with large boobs. Please feel sorry for those of us looking for a 36AA. I used to be able to buy them from Haines/Playtex called "Think Goodness it Fits", but that line has been discontinued. I am also part of the crowd who usually have to have pants altered because of large waist relative to her hips. I thought I was the only one with that problem. I don't know why most women's pants are not made with a split back waistband like most men's pants. I have a few of those (very expensive, but bought at outlets). They are much easier to take in or let out. Shortening pants is a non issue as that is a simple and inexpensive alteration With regard to shoes, you used to be able to buy shoes with a combination last - meaning something like a AA toe and AAAA heel. I don't know how European women find shoes to fit if they have narrow feet -AA. When shoe shopping in Europe, all I find are medium widths. I asked one women and she said "You keep trying them on until you find something that fits." How do all those fashion models - tall, but skinny with small bones fit into those high end designer shoes??? I would think they would have a hard time keeping them on their feet. End of Rant! If you watch them walking the runway, they often step very strangely (as if they were concentrating on keeping the shoes on). Also you will sometimes see pictures where there is a lot of space around the heel. And then again every once in a while you will see the models fall over trying to walk. Tess111 Posted February 3, 2014 #80 Share Posted February 3, 2014 Affordable petite-sized clothing that's classy/sexy not matronly! Pants that fit my straight figure (smaller hips/thighs, thicker waist). I have too much shape for kids' clothes, but, apparently not enough for women's. Shoes for my size 4 feet that have proportionally high heels. Seriously, 3 1/2+" heels on short feet means I might as well be in pointe shoes. Can we get sexy shoes with, say, 2 - 2 1/2" heels? I have the same shoe problem. I need a 4 and a 4.5. Kids shoes are NOT made for women and do not carry the body correctly. However, for my next cruise, I ordered a pair online from shoes of prey. They make them to your specifications, they make shoes in size 31 and larger, you pick the style, material, embellishments, heel height, etc. I have only ordered one pair, but may order a second pair. Good luck.

ducklite Posted February 4, 2014 #82 Share Posted February 4, 2014 Bras, Bikinis/Swimsuits that fit and support a large bust:D Normally spend a small fortune on them when I go back to UK. Everything But Water has a number of suits sold by bra size that are great fits. The Profile By Gottex line is amazing, tops and bottoms sold separately for a perfect fit. They have several coordinating styles of each so you can choose more or less coverage to suit. Autocorrect responsible for most typos...

Thanks for the link, I love their site and they have some lovely stuff across the price ranges but I still struggle to find a F cup (42), it's not so bad with a bra as I can wear an extender but it is not a good look for swimwear:D:D They do have some nice caftan/coveralls on there, off to have another look.
