Island Princess Question

Hi Everyone,

We haven't sailed on Princess for quite a number of years. We are looking forward to our cruise next year! I have been doing some research but haven't had any luck finding answers to a couple of minor questions.

We have booked a the Island Princess. We will be in D423.

I'm hoping someone who has stayed in this stateroom or location can tell me whether our view will be blocked by the life boats when we look down?

Also, will my balcony have plexiglass or will it be made of metal?

Thanks in advance for you answers!

As this is specific to a cruise line and a ship, the best place for your research is the Princess board.

I posted my question there as well, and received one reply.

Since there are many people that sail on this ship through the PC, I was hoping someone who stayed in this stateroom or the general vicinity midship might provide an answer.

I also checked the member reviews and didn't find the answer there either.

I was just curious. I'm sure we will enjoy ourselves.

I will be on Island's sister ship the Coral Princess in March and staying in D422. Will take some pics viewing down and let you know.

This sounds great! I look forward to seeing those pictures. Can you please include pictures of the bathroom and balcony as well?

Thanks!
