If you leave a message on the Players club voicemail. Do they return your call? and if so typically how long does it take them?

I'm sure they are way behind on returning calls because of the holiday.

I sent an email to Mike and got the autoreply that he's off till 1/7/14. Then I sent one to another email addy that was on his autoreply and received another autoreply saying she was off for a few days.

I'm waiting to actually receive an email response from either one of them.

Thank you for the reply. I cannot even leave a message there voicemail box is full. I will try sending Mike an email and giving him a call Monday or Tuesday next week

We're leaving 1/17/14 for our B2B on Liberty. If I have not received a reply from either Mike or Marta, I'll probably send another email.

Last year I kept calling & never got through or mailbox was full. Sent an email and received a response in a day or two.

I haven't had any luck getting through to anyone. I stay on hold for over 45 minutes before giving up. I emailed the Players Club this morning, but still haven't heard anything.

Is Mikes extension still 70367? I was also given extension 78084 but same results. I emailed the generic playersclubfeedback@carnival.com but if someone could give me Mikes specific email I would appreciate it.

I have been trying for a month and so far NO luck at all. We have the usual letter from our casino host from our last cruise in Nov 2013 so I started calling right away because we sail again in 7 days on the Breeze. The mailbox is always full and I have waited on hold for up to 72 minutes before giving up. This dept so needs more staff. Not much point in giving out the letters if you can't make contact to even see what is being offered. Before our Nov cruise I sent tons of e-mails long before we sailed. I received an e-mail back 3 weeks AFTER we cruised....duh, that was a waste of time to say the least.

We got a flyer in the mail yesterday offering a special casino cruise but I doubt we will even try to look into it as there is almost zero chance of getting thru to talk to them about booking one of the cruises offered.

I did talk to a Carnival rep that I radomly punched in an extension and even she couldnt' get them to answer the phone, and she make an honest attempt for me. I appreciated her help and thanked her but I still wans't able to talk to anyone in the casino dept. I really doubt we will get anything as a result of our play in Nov. It is very frustrating to say the least. Almost not worth the effort at this point. Still looking forward to sailing in a week, it iwll be good to get away from sub zero temps and the darn snow.

Thanks Elaine I'll give that a try today, that is a different extension than I had for Michael.

It is frustrating to have all the voicemails all full or to stay on hold for so long. I miss the old website where you could just click on the we're coming back link.

That # rang for me 3xs then went dead... Did it work for you? Has anyone here gotten thru to them and if you did, what # did you finally use? I actually talked to Michael this past September but have since changed ships and wanted to let them know but can't get thru... And I leave in 25 days !!! :(

Might have to do what 2 others did... poston Johns page and he was suppose to have someone from there call them back... so sad that has to be done...

You don't need to book the Premier Cruise through them. You can have your PVP do it or do it on line.

If you don't have luck reaching anyone, go to the casino cage. They should tell you if you have any free cash. I was also told to see the casino host for any gift baskets. Players club doesn't do this on the phone any longer.

I spoke to Mike in December for our January cruise.

Have a great cruise. :D

Our PvP booked our upcoming premier cruise from this last batch of mailers and can tell you how much cash you have. He said they were just starting to be able to book the premier ones now without having to go thru the players club.Your names need to be on the lists which should be if you received a mailer.for that matter our cash is always stated how much right on the mailer.

Emailing is your best bet. but it needs to be done at least a month out. It took Mike about a week to get back to me but he was in the office. If he has been out for a while he will take longer.

If and when you get a response. Print the response email and take it with you. Last week they had my name on the list but nothing as to what I was supposed to receive. With the email from Mike they could give me what I was due...

I would not just "wing it" and go to the cage expecting them to have given you a gift without you having talked to them first. Unless you are a huge casino spender you won't get noticed.

Just got off the phone with Michael.. seriously call later in the day... Earlier I held on for 47 minutes and then had to hang up and then I waited 32 minutes before having to hang up again... I can't believe work gets in the way of my phone calls!!! ... Reached him by calling the 1-888-672-2582 x 70367 and didn't even wait 5 minutes this time...

Hope this helps...

To the OP, don't expect a prompt response from the Players Club to either a phone call or Email. I sent an Email 2 weeks ago asking questions about the upcoming Premiere Cruise offers, and still have not received a response/reply. It would be nice if they at least had a computer generated response to acknowledge receipt of the Email and stating a response would be forth coming. Too much to ask of CCL, I guess.
