Because the Wine package that you purchased was a Wine & Dine package which can only be delivered to the MDR. You can, however, take an opened half used bottle back to your cabin.

 

Thank you for the clarification. I was misinformed by shore side concierge. They told me to just buy the package and on board concierge would set it up for me in my room no problem. Well I guess not!

Unfortunately, shore side does not always have the right information.

I must add our congratulations to Israel Sanchez, who is the best we've had

on our many sailings. I don't remember how many times we've sailed with

him, but he only gets better each time we sail with him.

 

There are just not enough kind words to describe him!

We also had a very positive experience with Israel when we sailed on Oasis in February. It was a big family cruise, and he helped arrange everything, even a party in our suite. Kudos to him!!
