Hotels/motels in NOLA

We've booked the 4 Points Sheraton on Bourbon Street for a couple nights. Anyone stayed there recently and what's your opinion. Thanks guys.

Would really like to know if anyone has stayed there, either recently or at some point in time and what their opinion might be of the place. We're booked in there for a 2 day stay before cruising out.

I don't like a hotel in this area. Way too noisy.

You'll be in the heart of Bourbon, noisy yes, but ask for a room facing the courtyard.I would stay there in a minute if the rates were good.

Thanks for the response. LOL, did not know it was in the heart of NO, but that's fine. We've never been there before so I don't think the noise will bother us too much. Just for a couple of nights and the excitement I'm sure will pump more adrenaline in us than the noise.;)

since there isn't much response on here, you should find lots of reviews on tripadvisor.com

Prime location. Depending on when your cruise is you may not have as much noise.

 

If you enjoy nightlife you are in a great location.

They are sailing this Saturday, 8th, with me. They might have already left for their travel but I am sure they appreciate the info..

Thanks. We are steering clear of Mardi Gras, so hopefully noise won't be too much of an issue. That being said, we do enjoy the nightlife. Maybe enough so that we won't even know if there is a noise issue, lol. Just kidding, thanks for the help.
