Again, this is speculation only as I am not familiar with the depth of the Bay and the associated ships that sail in it. I don't think this would be a problem. Most of the Bay is pretty deep -- up to 100 feet. And in the shallower parts, they're careful to maintain a shipping channel into the Port of Baltimore for all the freighters that come here. To my knowledge, the channel is at least 40 feet deep, which -- again to the best of my knowledge -- is deeper than the draft of any cruise ship.
