Hi

Do they still do the passenger choir thing? It's an activity I really enjoy and don't want to set my heart on singing if it's been axed!!

Yes they do blitznbobs, they have choirs on lots of P&O cruises. They are also well attended, especially for the performance! :)

Yes, choirs on the P&O ships, not sure about the shorter cruises though, little time for practices on sea days. We did the Sydney-Southhampton sector of Arcadia WC in March/April 2012, we had a big choir (Arcadia Singers) which I joined, around 70 members. We did a couple of concerts plus Titanic Memorial Service, which was memorable.

Last year we were on Adonia sailing to North Cape, they had a passenger choir on board.

On sea days they would practice in the Crow’s Nest, then towards the end of the cruise they give an excellent performance in the ‘The Curzon Lounge’.
