MelAl45 Posted January 19, 2014 #1 Share Posted January 19, 2014 We are celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary with a cruise to Bermuda and are traveling with my family on The Dawn in August. Does anyone have pictures of the family suite with balcony 12026. Any tips on the suite life. What are must do, see, buy on the ship and in Bermuda. I love these boards! Zimomiller Posted January 19, 2014 #2 Share Posted January 19, 2014 Here is a link to photos from 12520 Family Balcony Suite on the Dawn. It is the mirror image of 12026. http://s1324.photobucket.com/user/zimomiller/library/Norwegian%20Dawn%2012520%20SD%20Family%20Suite?sort=3&page=
MelAl45 Posted January 19, 2014 Author #3 Share Posted January 19, 2014 Thanks. It's hard to tell from photos, was the balcony spacious? What type of coffee/tea can you get for the Lavazza machine? Can you get hot chocolate? Was this a good location close to everything? What would you recommend as a must do?
Zimomiller Posted January 19, 2014 #4 Share Posted January 19, 2014 Thanks. It's hard to tell from photos, was the balcony spacious? What type of coffee/tea can you get for the Lavazza machine? Can you get hot chocolate? Was this a good location close to everything? What would you recommend as a must do? We loved the suite and location. We did not use the Lavazza. Not coffee drinkers. crystalspin Posted January 19, 2014 #5 Share Posted January 19, 2014 There are pics here (very similar to the photobucket ones), about 1/3-1/2 way down the page: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1556561
MelAl45 Posted January 22, 2014 Author #6 Share Posted January 22, 2014 Thank you! This is our first suite as a treat because we're celebrating our 25th anniversary. Did you use the butler service? We were thinking of maybe having breakfast from cagneys in our suite one morning or maybe a dinner on our balcony? Is there enough room?
Love my butler Posted January 22, 2014 #7 Share Posted January 22, 2014 Thank you! This is our first suite as a treat because we're celebrating our 25th anniversary. Did you use the butler service? We were thinking of maybe having breakfast from cagneys in our suite one morning or maybe a dinner on our balcony? Is there enough room? Plenty of space in the room for a meal. Kind of tight on the balcony, but it can be done.
