Question for recent Emerald Princess cruisers

Hi!

 

We are scheduled to cruise on the EP on 2/7/14. We have scheduled a private snorkeling trip for the stop in Aruba but we have to be there at 8:30am. The itinerary says we arrive at 7am. I know that Aruba is 1 hour ahead of the US Eastern Time Zone. Is the arrival time of 7am based on Ft. Lauderdale time or local time?
