Lachase Posted January 23, 2014 #26 Share Posted January 23, 2014 If you wanted to wait until last minute, prices could go down for rooms not sold, but most likely airfare would be a lot more expensive for last minute flights.
Rare John&LaLa Posted January 24, 2014 #27 Share Posted January 24, 2014 I believe it. Those long Caribbean cruises out of Port Canaveral on Explorer look like they're selling like hot cakes. same cruise out of FLL is still cheap:D
wolfcathorse Posted January 24, 2014 #28 Share Posted January 24, 2014 This is the old mark it up before the sale trick. I agree, with their Your Wow, Your Way promotion going on, my April EX cruise is up $135 pp for an interior. My Quantum inaugural is up $600 pp for and interior virtual cabin! You could always buy the flights before you book the cruise but I'd be worried about the cruise possibly selling out (with the chances of that depending on the ship/itinerary). It might be okay if the itinerary isn't known to sell out or you have a back-up trip planned.
