What is the ultimate St. Lucia experience for kids ages 10 & 11 (on their birthday)?

We are going on the Adventure of the Seas (RC) cruise in February, and on 2/12 we will be stopping in St. Lucia. This date coincides with the kids' birthday (they were born 2/12/03 and 2/12/04). We want to make it a truly magical day for them.

I've looked at Cosol Tours and James Tours and Joe Knows Tours (et. al) and they all seem fine. We will get to see the big stops (volcano, waterfall, mud bath, bananas, beach, etc.).

Let's say that money isn't too big of a concern for this one day (we're not rich, but we'll economize in another port to give the kids a "wow" sort of day here). How would you organize the day to give the kids a really memorable experience? Who should we investigate?

The boat docks at 8 and leaves at 5, so we have to constrain things within that time frame. We like the idea of land & sea tour. Or heck, land & sea & air. We like a mix of adventure and relaxation. We don't like the idea of a big tour group. We don't eat meat except fish/seafood. We like personal attention.

Is there a private tour guide that would be advised? Group tour that's not too big?

I'm reading and reading and reading, and more confused than ever. Help a girl out, please!

Check with Serenity TVL, Barefoot Holidays or Solar Tours - they can all organize an excellent private tour that includes whatever you want. Volcano/mud baths, Tet Paul trail, waterfall, lunch (that fits your needs), land/sea, etc. they can put together a trip that hits just what you want, includes suitable food and comfortable transportation. Good luck and enjoy.
