Can you use your RCCL Visa points on Azamara and Celebrity for OBC also? Can you also use your card on Celebrity to earn double points?

I know that if you get a new card now it's called a Signature Card, and it does earn double points on all 3 cruise lines, and the points can be used on all 3 cruise lines.

 

What I don't know is if our old cards have been automatically converted into the new cards.

I would think so. I used my Celebrity card to book a RCI cruise and got double points.
