cruizecrazygramma Posted January 28, 2014 #1 Share Posted January 28, 2014 Last time on Epic we were towards the aft and boarded through the casino. This time we are forward. Will we board the same place? Just wondering because we want to get to passenger services as soon as we board.
Rare KeithJenner Posted January 28, 2014 #2 Share Posted January 28, 2014 I've only boarded the Epic in Barcelona, so not sure if this answer will be the same if you're in Miami, but the boarding place was up to us. The walkway split into two and we went the way that looked less busy. Nothing to do with where your cabin is. As you can't get to your cabin for a while after boarding, I'd be surprised if they used its location to determine where you board. DDD06 Posted January 28, 2014 #3 Share Posted January 28, 2014 I believe NCL uses two terminals for the Epic. Terminal B boards near the forward stairwell. Terminal C through the Casino. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

sdmike Posted January 28, 2014 #5 Share Posted January 28, 2014 Do you just go to one of the terminals or is it pre-assigned? It will be pre-assigned based on the location of your cabin, but you can really go in either
ColinIllinois Posted January 28, 2014 #6 Share Posted January 28, 2014 (edited) It tells you on your documents (at least it did on mine) which terminal they want you to use. They do that to keep the crowds even and make boarding as efficient as possible. Edited January 28, 2014 by ColinIllinois

kirsty_r Posted January 28, 2014 #8 Share Posted January 28, 2014 Usually board through 2 terminals if your ship is full - on the last TA I did through Miami they only used one terminal as the ship was sailing half empty.
Demonyte Posted January 29, 2014 #9 Share Posted January 29, 2014 (edited) In Miami when they use two terminals, the assignment of which entry to use is based on deck number - evens go from one and odds from another, no matter if the cabin is fwd/mid/aft. When we cruised, evens (we were on deck 10) got in from the Casino entrance. Edited January 29, 2014 by Demonyte
