Boarding Epic question

I've only boarded the Epic in Barcelona, so not sure if this answer will be the same if you're in Miami, but the boarding place was up to us. The walkway split into two and we went the way that looked less busy. Nothing to do with where your cabin is.

As you can't get to your cabin for a while after boarding, I'd be surprised if they used its location to determine where you board.

I believe NCL uses two terminals for the Epic. Terminal B boards near the forward stairwell. Terminal C through the Casino.

Do you just go to one of the terminals or is it pre-assigned?

It will be pre-assigned based on the location of your cabin, but you can really go in either

It tells you on your documents (at least it did on mine) which terminal they want you to use. They do that to keep the crowds even and make boarding as efficient as possible.

Thank you both! That makes sense.

In Miami when they use two terminals, the assignment of which entry to use is based on deck number - evens go from one and odds from another, no matter if the cabin is fwd/mid/aft. When we cruised, evens (we were on deck 10) got in from the Casino entrance.
