My doctor said we should consider getting both? We're doing the Lamanai ruins excursion through Princess in Belize? These necessary? We have Hep A vacs.

Unless you are planning on living there you don't need any vaccines . All cruises don't require you to have vaccines for the excursions. Do take efforts to reduce exposure to mosquitoes.

Antimalarials are in pill form, there isn't a vaccine. I would just use mosquito spray with deet. Have a great trip!
