dorisis Posted January 31, 2014 #5 Share Posted January 31, 2014 We plan to try the pasta for lunch 1 day. princess pastas have always been excellent in the dining rooms. I hope they are the same in Alfredo's.

I hope they are the same in Alfredo's. The pastas are fine enough, just don't expect 'incredible'. I had the veal ravioli and the eggplant stuffed with angle hair pasta, and they were very nice. :D

Happy2cruise Posted January 31, 2014 #8 Share Posted January 31, 2014 Good photo of Antonio from Napoli.....he used to be on the Emerald in the IC early in the morning and made pizzas during the day. A good guy, indeed. He is awesome! Sailed with him a few times and recently saw him on the Royal in November. He was telling us that he was excited because his daughter was getting for the next cruise:)
