Bronze party on Breakaway?

I asked this on another thread but it went unanswered. According to the benefits list on the NCL site, only the Epic and Sky are excluded from the Bronze level cocktail party. Can anyone confirm this? I'm traveling on the Breakaway with 2 others who are Silver (I'm also Silver) and another one is Bronze. I already told him there would be be a cocktail party for him to attend with us, but now I feel like I might be made into a liar...

Thanks to any recent Breakaway cruisers that can speak to this.

It's silver and above, but here's a secret: no one checks at the door. Just walk in and enjoy....

I don't think that's always true. For my Breakaway sailing, they collected the invitations at the door. If you're not Silver+, you won't receive an invitation.

On my BA sailing the if got an invite to the Lattitudes party and I was bronze.

Maybe it depends on how many Lattitudes members are onboard?

The Latitudes party is always for Bronze and above. But there is also another party that is only for Silver and above.

Got off the Breakaway a week ago - 12 day cruise. Pretty sure there was only a silver and above party. They held it 2 or 3 times (we were given a time and day to go) because there were so many repeat cruisers. Don't think the regular latitudes party is held on the larger ships because there is no place to put everyone.

I was on the same cruise and you're right; my Silver party was a different day than my friends' Silver party.

  • 2 weeks later...

when i was on the breakaway in august 2013 I was bronze and was invited. I was surprised because I thought it was silver and above. Not sure why but my mother and father in law were in the same situation, bronze level and invited as well.
