We'll be visiting my in laws before our cruise, and are trying to find a reputable service to get us across the state. Any suggestions? My Google search comes up with a few less than stellar companies. Thanks!

A car rental would be your best bet.

I agree - rental car. Even when they used to have a bus that ran down the west coast of FL, it was tedious and not very pleasant.
