Internet on the oasis

When I went on ncl epic you could use your ipad anywhere on board by using your password. There was no need to go to business center and they also allowed you to text and call people in your party for 7.00 a week...the appl they had allowed you to book shows , book dinner reservations and check menus etc...does rccl have anything like this

Oasis does have pervasive WiFi, so you can have internet access anywhere on the ship.

 

However, I don't believe they provide an app for guest devices that has the abilities you mention. The closest thing would be the Royal Connect phones they rent for $30 per cruise. These are iPhone type devices that have the abilities you mentioned.
