Does NCL impose a charge for haven suites after midnight for room service?

Hi,

 

I assume the answer is yes for all cabins, but not sure.

 

In reality will probably never use it after midnight, but thought I would ask if they do.

 

BTW - what is thee current night charge?

You have the use of a Butler when you stay in the Haven. There is always one on duty. It may not be your butler that responds. There is NO extra charge.

I've never been charged. Just call your butler. It's 3.95 for other cabins.

no charge for suite guests, also your food arrives hot and quick. I always tip my nite butler a few dollars you don't have to tho, but for me I know the night butler is not my regular butler and I use them alot because I come back from casino around 2ish. My nite butlers always take good care of me and bring me little extra chips or wings or somethng

Yes most butlers will end up bringing your food anyway and ask why you didn't just call them in the first place.

 

They get paid on serving you. If you don't put them to work they miss out on tips.

Yes! We never knew this and ordered through the regular room service. Our butler brought the food to us and asked why we didn't call him.

even if you call room service your suite will show on the caller i.d., always just call your butler. I have also let them know what time I would be in my suite and asked them if they could bring me something lunch, dinner etc when I get back to my suite. It is nice to come back to your suite and have your butler have food ready for you after a day touring. They don't lose money if you don't call them, remember butlers are paid by tip not by how much you use them
