Are we best just to get the hotel to get us a taxi or to prebook a limo company?

 

How long should the journey take and what sort of cost.

The trip should only take about 45 minutes or so.

 

If you want a private (non-shared) limo ride, I'd look into Executive VIP Limo.

 

If you're OK with a shared shuttle, then check out Cocoa Beach Shuttle or Travelynx.

 

Cocoa Beach Shuttle would charge $78 for 4 people from the airport to the port. Might be slightly different from your hotel. Also, Cocoa Beach Shuttle gives a 10% discount if you mention Cruise Critic.
